La Maison Gabriac

Welcome to the Boissise la Bertrand gîte. Located in a charming village on the banks of the Seine, 35 minutes from Paris and Disneyland® Paris.

Maison Gabriac is a beautiful home tastefully decorated with antique furniture and decorative items. The fully equipped house features a separate entrance, secure private parking, a lovely terrace, and a relaxation area. CHECK-IN AT 4 PM.
CHECK-OUT BY 10 AM, including weekends.
Additional fee applies for early check-in or late check-out (both options are available only when possible, at a cost of €120 each): must be reserved as early as possible and paid on-site to the owners.

Ground floor: Entryway with storage, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (freezer, washer, and dryer). Spacious living room. TV. Spacious bathroom. 1 separate toilet.
First floor:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and, adjoining it, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180)

Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet.
On the second floor: a bedroom with 2 single beds (90), child-friendly decor featuring a chalkboard and a Tent for playing.

- Included in the price: Wi-Fi. Heating, electricity. Sheets. Linens. Cleaning fee. Baby bed. High chair. Tea, coffee, basic groceries, eco-friendly toiletries and cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc.).

- Additional charges: Tourist tax. Late Check-out Option: €120 - Early Check-in Option: €120 -

- Optional services: Pet: €10/day plus a €30 cleaning fee for the pet. Grocery Delivery Option: We’ll take care of your grocery shopping for you (€10 per delivery). Crashpad rentals (€10 per day or €50 per week, with a €100 deposit per crashpad). In-home massages, in-home yoga classes, workshops on making natural products, etc. (prices upon request)

“Cool” Feature
- Historic house with very thick walls that naturally keep the interior cool. Shutters and a fan in every bedroom. Only the attic bedroom gets warm.
- North-facing terrace with a parasol available, tree-lined garden, and relaxation area under the linden tree.
- Village on the edge of a forest and a river. Base de loisirs 10 minutes away by car. Cinema, museum, and Shopping center less than 15 minutes away.
