70 km from Paris, 7 km from Nangis, former hunting lodge in fully enclosed 11 ha forest park. Pets allowed. Unprotected fish pond on property.

The owners live on site and ensure the peace and quiet of the property.
The outdoor area may not be used for parties or other gatherings, out of respect for the neighbors (there are other residences on the property) and for insurance reasons.

OVERSTAYING THE OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS PROHIBITED (whether for sleeping or not).

La Maison du Garde Holiday Cottage:
Ground floor: Large living room with TV, kitchen area (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment).
First floor: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Bathroom with washing machine. Separate toilet.
The beds can be pushed together to form double beds.
Private terrace facing the forest with patio furniture and a barbecue.

- Included in the price: Internet (fiber). Baby bed available upon request.

- Additional charges: electric heating, air conditioning, electricity, water. Pet fee (15 €/pet/night).

- Optional services: Sheet rental (€14/bed). Bath linens (€8/person). Cleaning fee (€80)

Hiking trail accessible from the park. Two other holiday cottages and three Bed and breakfast rooms on the estate (one in a century-old oak tree).
