The Holiday cottage comprises a master bedroom with double bed, 4-drawer chest of drawers, large closet, dining room with 2-seater sofa bed (TV, Internet box), kitchenette (large fridge-freezer, small fridge, washing machine, 2-burner hob, extractor fan, mini-oven), shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin, large bathroom cabinet, electric towel rail), separate WC accessible from the bedroom.

200 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers (access via 5 steps), overlooking the Grand Morin valley. Hiking nearby (GR1).
Barbecue, terrace and table in the garden in the afternoon sun, and terrace and table in front of the bedroom in the morning sun. Parking available on site.

Pascal, a retired owner (head of the art foundry at Monnaie de Paris) and Véronique, a working carer, enjoy gardening, DIY, mushrooms, fishing, canoeing, photography, GoPro and scouting. The owner has a very good knowledge of the surrounding trails (mushrooms). Possibility of guided Scouter 50cc Django rides (see owner). Mountain bike trails on site.
