La Grange Provinoise

Welcome to “La Grange Provinoise,” a beautiful holiday cottage located in Augers-en-Brie, in the heart of the Brie countryside, a 15-minute drive from the medieval town of Provins.

This spacious and comfortable holiday cottage can accommodate up to 12 people (with the option of 3 additional beds upon request).
Ideal for stays with family or friends, hiking groups, and sports clubs looking to enjoy a quiet and friendly setting, while respecting the property and the neighborhood.

Ground floor:
Large, inviting living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, wood-burning stove (firewood not provided), bookshelf, board games, and a work area with Wi-Fi, suitable for telework.
Dining room equipped with a large table.
Fully equipped separate kitchen.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Separate restroom.

Upstairs:
Landing area with 2 sleeping spots and a play area for kids.
Dormitory-style room with 4 single beds.
And 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90 x 190).
2 bathrooms (shower), one of which includes a toilet.

Outside, enjoy the shade of the large tree to eat out of the sun. Large wooded garden with a swing set and an unheated Piscine (open from May through September).
Patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
Outdoor Nordic Spa available starting in July 2026.
Unheated 120 m² barn, furnished with a sitting area, foosball table, 2 mini ping-pong tables, darts, and plenty of outdoor games at your disposal (rackets, molky, soccer goal, etc.).
Free parking on the property

- ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE: sheets, bath towels, housekeeping included, Wi-Fi, heat pump heating. Umbrella bed, high chair, and changing table
- Additional fee: Dogs are allowed (maximum of 2): €30 per stay.

CHECK-IN: from 3:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: before 12:00 PM.

IMPORTANT: The property is equipped with a septic tank sized for the holiday cottage’s capacity. To ensure the proper functioning of the facilities, the authorized number of guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances, including during the day.

Parties are not permitted. Out of respect for the neighbors: keep music at a moderate volume.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Looking for a hassle-free stay? We can help you organize your stay with customized services at the holiday cottage: catering, nature or relaxation activities (hiking, yoga, flower arranging workshops), and fun gatherings with family or friends (escape games, murder mystery parties, board games…). Services are available from the owners upon request and based on a quote, to be arranged before your stay.

The holiday cottage is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
Keys are handed over on-site by the owners or a representative.
