Clémence and Hubert will be delighted to welcome you to their 11-person Holiday cottage in their large working farmhouse.

Close to Nationale 36. Owners live on site.
Ideally located for discovering the riches of Seine et Marne and the surrounding area.

Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it's also an ideal choice for business travel.

This Holiday cottage is adjoined by two other Holiday cottages (ref 638 and 650). Private outdoor parking at the entrance to the property.

Access to Holiday cottage via outside staircase (under construction).

First floor:
- living/dining room with sofas, armchairs, TV, large dining table
- fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, dishwasher).
- Separate WC.

Access to first floor via spiral staircase:
- one bedroom with 3 single beds (on request, 2 beds can be brought together to make a double bed).
- bedroom with 2 single beds.
- bedroom with 2 single beds (on request, 2 beds can be joined to make a double bed).

- separate WC.

- Included in the price: bed linen, towels, heat pump heating. High chair. WIFI. Baby bed on request.

- Tourist tax extra.

For companies and business trips: compulsory cleaning package (€80/week).

Summer: 2-night minimum rental.
NEW YEAR'S PERIOD: minimum 3-night rental.
