Clémence and Hubert will be delighted to welcome you to their 11-person Holiday cottage in their large working farmhouse.

Close to Nationale 36. Owners live on site.
Ideally located for discovering the riches of Seine et Marne and the surrounding area.

Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it's also an ideal choice for business travel.

This Holiday cottage is adjoined by two other Holiday cottages (ref 638 and 651). Private outdoor parking at the entrance to the property.

First floor:
- large living room with sitting area (sofas, armchair, TV), large dining table, and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, dishwasher).
- one bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (3 single beds can be made on request) and private bathroom (shower and washbasin).
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- bedroom with 1 double bed, with private shower room/WC.
- a bedroom with 3 single beds (2 beds can be brought together to make a double bed).
- bedroom with 3 single beds (2 beds can be made into a double) and private shower room.
- bathroom
- separate WC.

- Included in the price: bed linen, towels, heat pump heating. High chair. WIFI. Baby bed on request.

- Tourist tax extra.

- Optional service: cleaning package (€100).

- SECURITY DEPOSIT: €800

For companies and business trips: compulsory cleaning package (100 €/week).

Summer: 2-night minimum rental.
NEW YEAR'S PERIOD: minimum 3-night rental.
