La Ferme de Cugny

12 km from Fontainebleau and 9 km from Moret Loing et Orvanne, the hamlet of Cugny is 1 km from the village in a quiet wooded area.

This charming hamlet is close to the Scandiberique Euro cycle route, the climbing sites of the Fontainebleau forest and numerous tourist attractions on the edge of the forest, the Loing and its canal.

The gîte "La Ferme de Cugny" is located in a complex of buildings housing a craft brewery, a cutler and craftsmen and artists. It's an old renovated farmhouse.
Access to the gîte is via a large veranda overlooking the courtyard, with table and seating area. Garden to the rear of the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking in the courtyard.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall opening onto a kitchen/bar area, a separate toilet, a spacious dining room and a large living room (TV with chromecast).
Upstairs are a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 - or 2 beds 70x190) and a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200). Bathroom with bath and WC.
Laundry room on first floor with washing machine and tumble dryer.
