Your bed and breakfast:
It is a semi-detached house, located upstairs, and overlooks the lovely garden filled with flowers and trees. Its private access via an outdoor stone staircase ensures your privacy and peace and quiet.
The layout is rather unique: you’ll find a bright, double-height living room with a table, TV, and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two (140x200) as well as some kitchen amenities if you’d prefer to eat your meals here (top-mounted fridge, microwave, kettle, and dishes). A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the bathroom—which features a heated towel rack, bidet, and toilet—as well as to the mezzanine under the sloped ceiling (note: low ceiling) where the double bed is located (140x190 mattress).
Breakfast is served in your living room, or in the garden if the weather permits.
Free public parking lot is a 2-minute walk away. Upon request, it may be possible to park your vehicle on the owner’s property.
Pets are welcome. If you bring your dog, it must be kept on a leash in the garden: the two cats that live here share the space!

• La Terrasse du Moulin in Nemours (open-air café, concerts, kayak rentals)
• La Scandibérique, the French section of EuroVelo 3, which connects Norway to Spain and passes right by
• Climbing spots, bike rides, and hikes in the forests of Poligny, Larchant, and Fontainebleau
• Water sports: Kayaking trips, boat rental
• Swimming in Grez-sur-Loing (6 km) and Souppes-sur-Loing (12 km)
In addition, Paris is accessible by train:
• Nemours Station (800 m) to Paris Gare de Lyon in 1 hour and 10 minutes
• On weekdays, several direct trains to Paris Bercy (45 min)
• A train ticket costs 2.5€ per person

Jldaligaux Un coin de paradis
Gite de charme très bien situé en plein cœur historique de Nemours, dont ses propriétaires ont fait un petit coin de paradis. Le jardin, notamment, très ombragé,à la végétation luxuriante est un enchantement.
La décoration intérieure ( salle de bains, séjour) est très soignée et agréable, bien dans l esprit de cette maison plus que centenaire
Le petit déjeuner est excellent
Et, surtout,pour conclure, j ai beaucoup apprécié l acceuil attentionné et discret de Sergio et Jeanne

Isabel & Daniel Charmantes Gîte mit wundervollen Gastgebern
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei den sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern Sergio und Jeanne verbracht. Das Gîte auf zwei Etagen ist schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im wilden, anmutigen Garten genüsslich. Wir können das Gîte wärmsten empfehlen.

Baptiste De passage sur la scandibérique
Un grand merci pour l'accueil. Le gîte était bien frais à notre arrivée malgré la chaleur extérieure , ce qui était très appréciable. Les hôtes se sont montrés sympathiques et très accueillant. Le lit bébé mis à disposition était bien pratique. Le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur était copieux et avec du miel maison.
On recommande, d'autant plus que Les Terrasses du Moulin à proximité sont vraiment très sympas !- Cleanliness

Sandrine Hébergement idéal
La chambre d’hôtes de Jeanne et Sergio est sans conteste le lieu idéal pour un séjour dans cette région. Pleine de charme, au calme, confortable et très bien située dans la ville ( sympathique petit marché du samedi matin juste à côté).
Nous nous sommes régalées des petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux servis dans le jardin ( miel et gâteaux de la maison) avant de partir en balade explorer les villages alentours, nous baigner dans le Loing et randonner en forêt de Poligny ( l’environnement proche offre plein de possibilités ).
Les conseils de Jeanne et Sergio ont été précieux et nous ont permis de trouver les lieux en accord avec nos envies.
Jeanne et Sergio sont des hôtes attentionnés et discrets.
