On a beautiful 3,000m² wooded property (semi-enclosed), attractive stone-fronted Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house. A porch separates the 2 dwellings. On-site parking available. Please note that Monique and Serge have 5 cats. Bakery every morning.
The owners have their Piscine at your disposal from July to the end of August.

First floor: 28m² living room with open-plan kitchen, sofa and TV, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room with WC, accessible from the bedroom and living room.
Upstairs: Choice of 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, or 2 x 80x200 beds. 1 WC.
