On a beautiful 3,000m² wooded property (semi-enclosed), attractive stone-fronted Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house. A porch separates the 2 dwellings. On-site parking available. Please note that Monique and Serge have 5 cats. Bakery every morning.
The owners have their Piscine at your disposal from July 2 to the end of August.
Your accommodation - No smoking :
First floor: 28m² living room with kitchen opening onto living room, sofa and TV, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room with WC, accessible via bedroom and living room.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed (can be split into 2x80). Bathroom with double washbasin, separate WC.
Your outdoor space :
Private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, shared garden, trampoline available.

Vous connaissiez le prix de notre gîte avant de faire votre réservation, donc nous comprenons que le gîte n'a peut-être pas totalement répondu à vos attentes.Si quelque chose a manqué ou si vous avez trouvé que le tarif n'était pas à la hauteur de la prestation, nous serions reconnaissants de connaître vos suggestions. I.C. Fabtastisch. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Ein ganz wunderbares Ferienhaus. Stilvoll, sehr sauber (empfehlenswert für Allergiker), mit viel Mühe liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Monique hat einen tollen Blick für die Details. Serge und Monique waren sehr zuvorkommend während unseres Aufenthalts und haben uns trotz Sprachbarriere herzlich empfangen mit Infos zu dem Haus. Es gab einige leckere Gaben als Willkommensgruß.
Das Grundstück ist ein Urlaubstraum mit riesigem Garten in dem jeder sein Lieblingseckchen findet um auszuspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Der Pool war einfach nur fantastisch und wir hatten ihn ganz für uns allein, mit viel Zubehör, sodass den Kindern auch beim 7. Mal Baden nicht langweilig wurde. Die Umzäunung sowohl vom Pool als auch vom Garten war sehr sicher und hat zum entspannten Urlaubsgefühl für uns Eltern beigetragen.
Die perfekte Unterkunft um mit 2 Familien Urlaub zu machen.- Cleanliness

Nous avons aimé recevoir nos amis allemands, irlandais,...C'est le vrai plaisir de gérer un gîte que de rencontrer le monde entier. Nous sommes contents de voir que votre séjour parmi nous vous a comblé. A bientôt et bonne rentrée.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer une semaine à la Brossoise, quel bonheur! Le gîte rénové est parfait avec ses 4 grandes chambres, le gîte est extrêmement bien équipé, rien ne manque, propreté parfaite. Nous avons profité du magnifique jardin et surtout de la très jolie piscine, un vrai bonheur avec notre petit fils ! Mais le petit plus de la Brossoise c'est l'accueil et la gentillesse de Monique et Serge! Toujours très disponibles en cas de besoin tout en étant très discrets, merci à vous deux.
