La Bricole de Coffery

Le Hameau de Cofféry is home to the charming gîte La Bricole de Cofféry, located 40 km from Disneyland® Paris, between Coulommiers and La Ferté - Gaucher (mechanical leisure center 10 km away), 20 mn from Rozay-en-Brie and the Parc des Félins de Lumigny.

Béatrice and Franck have been members of the LPO (Ligue de protection des oiseaux) for several years, and are committed to developing Biodiversity in their garden. After broods of chickadees in their nesting boxes, they have been able to observe a woodpecker, a squirrel, redstarts and an owl on numerous occasions! Béatrice also offers bread-making classes.
During your stay, take advantage of the enclosed garden (raspberries, strawberries, apples, pears), garden furniture and barbecue.

NON SMOKING Holiday cottage LIMITED TO 6 PEOPLE (including babies):
First floor: living room with wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen, WC, utility room.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (one of which is reserved for Kids over 6, as it can be accessed via a small ladder; 90x190), bathroom (bath and shower), WC; study area with library (children's books and novels, as well as tourist books).
On the 2nd floor, accessible via the 2nd bedroom: 1 bedroom opening onto the staircase (like a mezzanine) with 2 single beds (90 x 200). Board games available in the under-sloped cupboards.

- Internet access included. Baby bed and high chair.

- Electric heating and possibility of heating with the stove. Electricity / water (meter reading). Wood: 1st crate free, then wood at a charge (€5/crate). Tourist tax

- Optional services: Bed linen (12 €/bed) and towels (4 €). Housekeeping package (€50). For individuals, rental of sheets for double bed (160 x 200) available on request.

For companies and business travelers: cleaning package (€50) and sheet rental required - Holiday cottage limited to 5 people. NO SMOKING.

The house is not suitable for the disabled.
