First floor: entrance with games area for chess, checkers or backgammon. Large living/dining room with exposed beams giving this lovely room all its charm, large table for dining with family or friends and a sitting area with 2 sofas, armchairs, TV (access to Canal Plus, Netflix, Prime Video), fireplace to enjoy the evenings (wood not supplied, can be bought in the village). Fully-equipped kitchen (including Thermomix equipment, bean-to-cup coffee maker, pod coffee maker), laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 2 ground-floor bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160cm). Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate WC on first floor.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (160cm) and large closet. A large master suite (160cm bed) with private shower room and dressing room. 2 bedrooms for 1 person each. Shower room. Separate toilet.

Large courtyard with barbecue in front of the gîte and garden with terrace to the rear. Both areas are equipped with garden furniture so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Children's play area with slide, swing and tree house. Access to a barn with table tennis and pétanque.
Horses can be accommodated, see owners directly for conditions.

- Included in price: bed linen, towels, heating, electricity. WIFI (fiber). Cot and high chair available on request.

- Additional charge: tourist tax. Pet fee: €50/stay to be paid on site (only 1 pet allowed).

- Optional service: cleaning package (€150).

Arrival every day from 5 pm / Departure in the morning around 9/10 am, except on Sundays, departure at 2 pm.

For companies and business travelers: compulsory cleaning package (150 €).
