Welcome to Kermajic, a charming home located in Seine-et-Marne, just a few minutes from the Aube department. Are you dreaming of a magical getaway? Kermajic makes your dream a reality, whether you’re traveling with family or friends! Outside, you’ll enjoy a large courtyard with a barbecue in front of the holiday cottage, and a garden with a terrace at the back, featuring a jacuzzi heated year-round. Both areas are equipped with garden furniture so you can soak up the sun all day long. Playground with a slide, swing, and cabin for the kids’ enjoyment. Access to a barn with a ping-pong table and pétanque. The Piscine measures 3.50 meters by 7.70 meters, is 1.5 meters deep, and is heated from June to September; it uses a salt treatment system for softer skin and for environmental reasons.

Ground floor: entryway with a game corner (chess, checkers, or backgammon); living/dining room with a fireplace for cozy evenings; kitchen; laundry room with washer and dryer; 2 double bedrooms (160x200 cm beds), bathroom (shower and bathtub), toilet.
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (160x200 cm beds), 1 master suite (160x200 cm bed) with its own private bathroom (shower), 2 double bedrooms (140x190 cm beds), shower room, toilet.
Access to a recreation room with pool table, foosball, video games, etc. is available, and horses may be accommodated (for a fee, subject to conditions; please check with the owners). Included in the price: sheets, towels, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi (fiber), baby bed, and high chair. Additional charges: housekeeping (required for business stays), pet fee (only one pet allowed). Firewood not provided; available for purchase in the village. Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out around 9–10 AM, except on Sundays around 2 PM.
