This beautiful estate includes the owners' homes and two other holiday cottages, each with its own private entrance.

La Grande Noue, consisting of two adjoining holiday cottages (NON-SMOKING), the Gîte de la Noue and the Gîte du Hêtre, accommodates up to 14 people (including kids and infants)

Holiday cottage de la Noue, sleeps 12:
Ground floor: entryway, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room with sofas, large fireplace, and stereo system; one bedroom with two single beds (Bed 90x190); laundry room; separate restroom.
First floor: lounge with TV, games, and library; one bedroom with one double bed (160x190) and a private bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140). 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (Bed 90x190). Two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Holiday cottage, sleeps 2:
Ground-floor cottage with access to the entrance via one step.
Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, and dining area. Kitchen. One bedroom with one double bed (160 x 200) and a closet. Shower room. Separate toilet. (One step to access the kitchen, shower room, and toilet.)

Your outdoor space:
At your disposal: A large, enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a trampoline, and a ping-pong table. Everything is set up so you can enjoy the surrounding nature, host a nice meal, or simply relax in the sun.

- Additional charges: Oil-fired heating (flat rate of 40€/day). Electricity, water. Tourist tax

- Optional services: Bath towel rental (5€/person). Cleaning fee (200€)

Minimum 2-night stay.

DOGS are allowed (maximum of 2 dogs), with a surcharge to be paid on site (€8/night/dog). Cats are not allowed.

For companies and business travelers: mandatory cleaning fee (€200)
