The tree-lined garden, with its dining area and barbecue in the shade of cherry trees, invites long summer evenings, while the private heated Piscine (mid-May to end of September) promises pleasant moments of relaxation. Ideally located just 15 minutes from Fontainebleau and Moret-sur-Loing, and 1 hour from Paris or Disneyland Paris, the Holiday cottage is the perfect base for discovering the Forest countryside, famous bouldering sites, picturesque villages and walks along the Seine. The holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned. It features 6 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, spread over two levels (3 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs), comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. Each bedroom has its own private entrance, offering everyone privacy and freedom of movement.

The ground floor also features two half-baths and a separate toilet, while the upper floor has a full bathroom and a separate toilet.
The living areas have been designed to encourage time spent together:
• A large 40 m² living area featuring a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small lounge with a Smart TV and games—a favorite spot for Kids.
• A large 40 m² living room with a large Smart TV, a bar, and a refrigerator, opening onto the garden through a large picture window overlooking the Piscine.
A half-laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron is also available.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a quiet, tree-lined garden featuring:
• a private, heated 9 m × 4 m saltwater pool, gentle on the skin and eyes (mid-May through late September)
• lounge chairs and recliners to soak up the sun
• a dining area with a large garden table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals.
