Located in Vernou-la-Celle-sur-Seine, this beautiful, fully-renovated 200 m² vacation home can accommodate up to 12 people in warm, comfortable surroundings. The tree-lined garden, with its dining area and barbecue in the shade of cherry trees, invites long summer evenings, while the private heated Piscine (mid-May to end of September) promises pleasant moments of relaxation. Ideally located just 15 minutes from Fontainebleau and Moret-sur-Loing, and 1 hour from Paris or Disneyland Paris, the Holiday cottage is the perfect base for discovering the Forest countryside, famous bouldering sites, picturesque villages and walks along the Seine. Designed for families, friends and bouldering enthusiasts in Fontainebleau, this peaceful setting offers comfort, nature and relaxation. The owners, beekeepers, will be delighted to show you their local honey. The Holiday cottage has 6 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, spread over two levels (3 on the first floor and 3 upstairs), comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. Each room has its own independent access, offering privacy and freedom of movement.

There are also two shower rooms and a toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom and toilet upstairs.
The living spaces have been designed to encourage sharing:
- Large 40 m² living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and small lounge with Smart-TV and gaming room, particularly popular with Kids.
- Large 40 m² living room with large Smart-TV, bar and fridge, opening onto the garden through a large bay window overlooking the Piscine.
A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron is also available.

Outside, you'll enjoy a quiet garden planted with trees:
- a 9 m × 4 m private heated saltwater swimming pool, gentle on the skin and eyes (mid-May to end-September)
- deckchairs and armchairs for relaxing in the sun
- a dining area with large garden table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.

The Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the region's treasures: Forest of Fontainebleau and bouldering sites 15 minutes away, Fontainebleau castle, Moret-sur-Loing village of character, numerous walks in the forest or along the Seine, GR2 accessible 300 meters away.
