Ideal location for touring the region and visiting tourist and leisure sites within a 30-50 km radius: Meaux, Provins, Disneyland Paris, Fontainebleau, Blandy les Tours, Vaux le Vicomte. Parc des Félins and Terre de Singes 5 km away.
NON SMOKING Holiday cottage.
Attractive 120m² Holiday cottage located on a working cereal farm with horse boarding facilities. Private terrace with parasol, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Access to the owners' heated outdoor swimming pool (April to end September, beginning and end depending on weather). Bicycles available.
1 dog, 1 cat, chickens and horses on site. Horses belong to owners and are not available for riding.
Access to Holiday cottage via 5 steps.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, DVD player, sofas (one convertible)) with wood-burning stove. Bathroom with Italian-style shower (washing machine and tumble dryer), separate WC with hand-washer.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with 2 90cm x 200cm beds (can be made into a double), bathroom with bath and WC.
- Included in the price: WIFI. Baby bed, high chair, bath and changing table on request.
- Additional charges: Electricity, electric heating and hot water. Wood for stove: €5/basket (1st basket free).
- Optional extras: Bed linen rental (14 €/bed) - Bathroom linen (4 €/person). Cleaning package (82 €).
For companies and business travelers: bed linen rental and cleaning package mandatory.

SEINE ET MARNE ATTRACTIVITE
Sylvie et Etienne BEAUGRAND sont agriculteurs, 3ème génération à exploiter la ferme du Breuil. Le grand-père d'Etienne s'y est installé en 1919. Etienne et, avant lui, son père sont nés dans la ferme.
Passionnés depuis toujours par les chevaux, Sylvie et Etienne ont créé en 2006 une pension de chevaux au sein de l'exploitation (les chevaux appartiennent à des propriétaires et ne sont pas disponibles pour la monte). Le gîte est un projet qui leur tenait à coeur depuis longtemps.
Il a enfin été réalisé en Décembre 2018.

The gite was a perfect space for our two small families. The pool was perfect and not too deep for our 4 yo, thanks to the plentiful supply of inflatable aids for the pool.
The location is ideal for Disneyland Paris. We also spent a fab day in the feline park.

Pistache2338 une parenthèse à la campagne à 1 heure de Paris
Nous conseillons ce gîte, très fonctionnel, spacieux, très propre, piscine très sécurisée, avec une disponibilité des propriétaires très appréciable, une vraie parenthèse de pleine campagne à une heure du cœur de Paris, via le RER à proximité, ligne E, que de bons souvenirs.

Shaun007 Lovely Gite with a great pool on a working farm.
This was a great Gite for our family of mixed ages of adults. Lovely house, very clean with well appointed comfortable rooms and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything needed and there were 2 very modern bathrooms. The Gite is amongst a working stables and it was good to see the horses being cared for and exercised. It had a lovely warm pool and outside area, although the weather meant we could only use it a few times. Near to Disney and Provins and many other places for days out.
