Ideal location for exploring the department and visiting tourist and leisure sites between 30 and 50 km around: Meaux, Provins, Disneyland Paris, Fontainebleau, Blandy les Tours, Vaux le Vicomte. Parc des Félins and Terre de Singes 5 km away.
NON-SMOKING gîte.
Beautiful 120m² gîte located on a working cereal farm with horse boarding. Private terrace with parasol, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Access to the owners' heated outdoor swimming pool (from April to the end of September), bicycles available.
On site, 1 dog, 1 cat, chickens, a donkey and horses. The horses belong to owners and are not available for riding.
Access to the gîte via 5 steps.
On the ground floor: equipped kitchen open to a living room (TV, sofas including a convertible) with wood stove. Shower room with Italian shower (washing machine and dryer), separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with 2 90 cm x 200 cm beds (possibility of converting into a double bed), bathroom with bathtub and WC.
- Included in the price: WIFI. Baby bed, high chair, bath and changing mat on request.
- In addition: Electric heating. Wood for the stove: €5/basket (1st basket free).
- Optional services: Sheet rental (€14/bed) - Bathroom linen (€4/person). Cleaning package (€82).
For companies and business trips: linen rental and cleaning fee required.

SEINE ET MARNE ATTRACTIVITE
Sylvie et Etienne BEAUGRAND sont agriculteurs, 3ème génération à exploiter la ferme du Breuil. Le grand-père d'Etienne s'y est installé en 1919. Etienne et, avant lui, son père sont nés dans la ferme.
Passionnés depuis toujours par les chevaux, Sylvie et Etienne ont créé en 2006 une pension de chevaux au sein de l'exploitation (les chevaux appartiennent à des propriétaires et ne sont pas disponibles pour la monte). Le gîte est un projet qui leur tenait à coeur depuis longtemps.
Il a enfin été réalisé en Décembre 2018.

5/5Nous avons un excellent choix,le gîte correspondait à notre attente.
Le gîte est très bien agencé et la manière dont il est conçu donne un sentiment d'intimité.
La piscine est in grand plus, petits un grands en ont bien profité.
Nous avons aimé le fait qu'il soit à l'écart de la ville de Rozay en Brie mais la possibilité de pouvoir y aller à pieds.
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour au gîte du Breuil.

Gîte très agréable, bien agencé et bien équipé. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, il faudra donc revenir. :)- Cleanliness 5/5

Un gîte remarquable et parfait même en Novembre !
5/5Pour partager des moments de plaisirs et sourires, ce gîte nous a permis de nous réunir dans ce lieu très bien aménagé pour 8 personnes. Parfaitement rénové avec goût et modernité, la pièce principale et sa cuisine ouverte permet une convivialité maximum. Les 4 chambres du 1er sont grandes et avec 2 belles salles de bains en Rdc et au 1er, chacun peut choisir baignoire ou douche à l'italienne. Sylvie et Étienne sont 2 Hôtes exceptionnels très à l'écoute pour que tout se passe bien. Séjour à renouveler sans hésitation ! Bravo ! Dan.

Well-equipped and comfortable
4/5One of the nicest gites we have stayed in. We were a somewhat extended family and the younger half went to Disney (about 30 mins away) while the older half visited chateaux and similar (of which Vaux-le-Vicomte is an absolute must-see). We were there in a rainy mid autumn so we didn't see the pool and surrounds in their summer glory, so can't comment. It's definitely a working farm/stables and our children enjoyed seeing the horses.
Mme Beaugrand greeted us very efficiently, explained all of the features of the gite and answered all of our 'tourist' questions.- Cleanliness 5/5
