Located in the heart of the village of Rumont, close to the climbing sites of the Forest of Forest (Larchant, les 3 Pignons, Buthiers), the Holiday cottage des Sources is an old farmhouse entirely renovated with ecological materials.

In a historic 19th-century farmhouse in Rumont, Yves and Céline have restored the buildings to create the Gîte des Sources and the "L'Atelier des Sources" event space.
Committed to environmental sustainability, they have completely reimagined the restoration process by using traditional, eco-friendly methods that enhance the property (lime-hemp insulation, wood wool, Fermacell, traditional paints, wood pellet heating, etc.).
Ideal for a countryside getaway 80 km from Paris to enjoy nature and explore numerous attractions: the castles of Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Blandy-les-Tours, Provins, Nemours (Castle and Museum of Prehistory of Île-de-France), Barbizon...
The Gîte des Sources is located near magnificent rock-climbing sites (Larchant, Buthiers, the Massif des Trois Pignons...).

There’s a lovely garden in front of the holiday cottage with a patio and outdoor furniture; in the summer, you can enjoy the grill for everyone’s pleasure. Private parking.
A ping-pong table is available. A 90-square-meter room adjoining the holiday cottage. If available, it can be used for physical activities (yoga, gymnastics, etc.).

Ground floor: large living/dining room with TV. Fully equipped open kitchen (washer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). One bedroom with 1 double bed (180), which can be configured as 2 x 90. Private bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: beautiful loft with a reading nook, 2 adjoining bedrooms, each with a double bed (180) (can be converted to 2 x 90 for both bedrooms). Bathroom and separate toilet.
Free Wi-Fi.

- Option to rent 2 large crash pads (€5 per day per crash pad).

- Included in the price: Sheets. Bath towels. Baby bed. High chair.

- Additional charges: Wood heating underfloor (flat rate of 15 €/day). Electricity, tourist tax

- Optional service: Cleaning fee (70 €).

CHECK-OUT on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

Cleaning fee is mandatory for companies and business travelers (€70).
