Le Gîte des Bouviers is a four-person Holiday cottage in the heart of Jouarre, a small Countryside City home to French historical masterpieces, 3km from La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (SNCF train station).

Independent Holiday cottage in the owners' courtyard, 300 m from the center, enclosed parking, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Very pleasant Holiday cottage, tastefully decorated.

Your NON SMOKER Holiday cottage:
First floor: living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, fully-equipped kitchenette. Separate WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190), 1 shower room with WC.

Minimum 4-night rental (except during school vacations, weekly rental).

Opening hours :
- ARRIVAL: Monday to Friday 7pm / Saturday and Sunday 4pm
- DEPARTURE: Monday to Friday 7:30 am / Saturday and Sunday before 10 am.

- Included : Chair and baby bed on request. WIFI.

- Additional charges: electric heating, electricity (according to meter reading); pet pass payable on site (€10/day/pet + €400 pet deposit); tourist tax.

- Optional extras: bed linen rental (8 €/bed); bathroom linen rental (8 €/person); housekeeping package (45 €).

For companies and business travelers: bed linen rental and cleaning package mandatory.

For stays of 3 weeks or more, the deposit is €600.
