With its rustic charm and modern comforts, the Holiday cottage de la Noue is both spacious and intimate, designed to encourage relaxation and sharing. Holiday cottage nestled in a hamlet 30 kms from Champagne, 27 kms from Disneyland® Paris and 60 kms from Paris.

This beautiful estate includes the owners' homes and three Holiday cottages with private access.

Your accommodation (NON FUMEUR) is adjacent to a 2-person Holiday cottage (Holiday cottage du Hêtre). It can accommodate up to 12 people (including Kids and babies) on two levels.

First floor: Entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room with sofas, stereo and fireplace, perfect for cosying up around a roaring log fire in winter, or simply enjoying the soothing atmosphere. A 2-person bedroom, laundry room with washing machine and WC complete the ensemble.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms for 2 people, a relaxation room with TV, gaming room and library, two bathrooms and 1 toilet.

Enjoy the large enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, trampoline, swings, table tennis and darts! Enjoy the surrounding nature, organize a meal or simply relax in the sun (or under a grey sky, wrapped up warm!!).

DOGS are accepted (2 dogs maximum), with a supplement to be paid on site (8€/night/dog). Cats are not allowed.

For companies and business travelers: mandatory cleaning fee (150€).
