This beautiful estate includes the owners' homes and three Holiday cottages with private access.
Your accommodation (NON FUMEUR) is adjacent to a 2-person Holiday cottage (Holiday cottage du Hêtre). It can accommodate up to 12 people (including Kids and babies) on two levels.
First floor: Entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room with sofas, stereo and fireplace, perfect for cosying up around a roaring log fire in winter, or simply enjoying the soothing atmosphere. A double bedroom, laundry room with washing machine and WC complete the ensemble.
Upstairs: 5 double bedrooms, a relaxation room with TV, gaming room and library, two bathrooms and 1 toilet.

- Chambre Bambou: 2 beds 90x190 (ground floor)
- Chambre Églantine: 1 bed 140x190 and washbasin area (upstairs)
- Chambre Losange : 1 bed 160x190 and private shower room (upstairs)
- Chambre Oiseaux : 2 beds 90x190 and 1 baby bed (upstairs)
- Chambre Montceaux : 1 bed 140x190 and washbasin (upstairs)
- Chambre Rouge : 2 beds 90x190 and washbasin area
Your outdoor space :
A large enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, trampoline and table tennis! It's all there for you to enjoy the surrounding nature, organize a good meal or simply relax in the sun (or under a gray sky, wrapped up warm!!).
...In short, it's impossible to get bored here!
- Included in the price: Bed linen. Internet access. Baby bed and high chair.
- In addition: oil heating (€30/day). Electricity and water (meter). Tourist tax
- Optional extras: Towel hire (€5/person). Cleaning package (150 €)
Minimum 2-night rental .
DOGS are accepted (2 dogs maximum), with a supplement to be paid on site (8 €/night/dog). Cats are not allowed.
For companies and business travelers: mandatory cleaning fee (€150).

Idéal pour un regroupement familiale
5/5Très bon accueil par Nathalie et Christel
L agencement du gîte permet à chacun d’avoir un espace personnel mais également de belles pièces de vie commune ( 2 salons ,la salle à manger avec une très grande table)
Beaucoup de vaisselle Les chambres sauf une sont à l étage donc pas de problème de bruit pour les couches tôt
L’ameublement est un peu vieillot mais tout est très propre
Tout est prévu au niveau de l’électroménager
Nous avons pu faire de belles flambées par le temps moche que nous avons eu
Notre chien a apprécier de pouvoir courir à volonté car le grand terrain est complètement clos
Nous recommandons mais attention pas de SDB au rez de chaussée donc pas pour les personnes à mobilité réduite- Cleanliness 5/5

Un beau lieu pour les fêtes en famille
5/5Grande maison familiale, cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner de bons petits plats pour Noël, belles chambres , belles pièces , beaucoup d'espace , grande cheminée .

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
5/5Certes les installations ont un petit peu "vécu" mais l'accueil est adorable et l'espace suffisamment grand pour que chacun puisse se sentir à l'aise (nous sommes venus à 10). Chaudement recommandé pour un WE (ou plus) au vert.

5/5Gîte parfaitement adapté pour un séjour de groupe et notamment un séminaire entreprise. Nous étions 8 et il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires pour que le séjour soit réussi.
Propriétaire à l'écoute et très disponible pour faciliter l'organisation.

Je recommande ce gîte
5/5Gite parfait : très propre, mobilier bien conçu, cadre très sympa, une boulangerie dans le village ce qui est rare (on encourage les commerçants locaux en y allant !), chambres bien aménagées, rien ne manque dans la cuisine, belle cheminée dans le salon qui fonctionne très bien. Je recommande ce gîte.
