43 km from Paris, 34 km from Disneyland® Paris and 20 km from Melun. The Gîte de la Brindille, ideally located, welcomes you to the heart of a charming traditional Briard village nestled between woods and rivers.

You can follow the signposted hiking trails through the fields and forests, stroll along the Yerres river or go fishing, or relax in the garden surrounded by orchards.
Numerous local producers (dairy products, poultry, fruit and vegetables, honey, flours...). Tourist sites: Vaux le Vicomte 15km, Fontainebleau 35km, Meaux 40 km and Provins 45 km away. Public transport: Verneuil l'Etang train station (5 km), then bus line 21 (Boissy Léger / Verneuil l'Etang).

Overlooking the street, old renovated Semi-detached house, 100m from the owners' house. No private parking, but possibility of parking on the street or in a municipal parking lot 50m away. At the rear of the Holiday cottage, overlooking the owners' fully enclosed orchard (apples and quinces), a pretty 225m² private garden with trees and flowers, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and 2 chiliennes.

First floor: entrance hall, small fitted kitchen with access to the garden through a farm gate, living/dining room with wood-burning stove, sofa and TV, shower room with WC.
Upstairs (safety barrier at top of stairs): sloping landing room with toys for Kids, leading to a large, pretty, open-plan bedroom (19m²) with a 140x190 double bed and 2 90x200 single beds (exposed stonework and beams).

- Included in the price: WIFI. Bed linen. Bathroom linen. Baby equipment on request: high chair, cot, changing table, bath, crockery.

- Electric heating (metered). Electricity and water. Tourist tax.

- Optional service: cleaning package (€50).
