Welcome to our 38m2 Holiday cottage in the old farm barn, equipped with fiber optics and WIFI. Located 10 minutes from Disneyland Paris and La Vallée Village (Val d'Europe).
Holiday cottage on the side of one of the farm buildings, farm vehicles may pass in front of the cottage.
Private parking with Green'Up plug to recharge your electric car, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
All amenities within 3 kilometers.
NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY COTTAGE. No overcapacity.
First floor: 19m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave...) and lounge (sofa, TV). Shower room with WC and washing machine.
Upstairs: one bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) (9m² each).
- Included in the price: WIFI (fiber). Baby bed and high chair on request.
- Additional charges: Electric heating, electricity, water (according to meter reading). Tourist tax.
- Optional extras: Linen rental (€5/bed) and towels (€3/person). Housekeeping package (60€).
Deposit required on arrival: 300€ (including 100€ for the gate remote control).
Do not exceed Holiday cottage capacity.
Sunday departure at 12 noon.
For companies and business travelers: Holiday cottage LIMITED TO 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM (1 person/bedroom) - bed linen rental (€10/bed) and cleaning fee (€60) compulsory.

Flo33 Gîte charmant
Les Propriétaires sont très accueillants. Ce mignon petit gîte pour 4 est très bien situé pour se rendre à Disneyland Paris (10 mn). Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de climatisation, il aurait pu être presque parfait.

Excellent accueil dans ce gîte très proche de la Vallée village et de l'autoroute, tout en étant dans un écrin très calme. J'ai sollicité à plusieurs reprises les propriétaires pour des demandes, et ils ont répondu très rapidement. Je conseille donc.
