40 km from Disneyland® Paris, Domaine du Château de Charnesseuil is located just outside the charming village of Saint Ouen sur Morin. Numerous hiking trails nearby (GR11).

The Holiday cottage is located in an outbuilding in the heart of a beautiful 9-hectare wooded park, entirely enclosed with an unprotected pond (park authorized for walking on trails). Enclosure with two Shetlands.
Owners' house and other Holiday cottage on the same property (cf gite 495 and 560).
Private parking, 41m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, deckchairs available on request.
Year-round heated indoor Piscine shared by all Holiday cottages (with time slots reserved for each cottage).

First floor: attractive living room with well-equipped open-plan kitchen, TV, sofa. Bedroom with double bed (160cm). Storage space under the staircase with WC and washing-machine dryer.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 90x200 beds, one with en-suite shower room. 1 separate toilet and shower room. Towel dryer and walk-in shower in both bathrooms.

- Internet access included. Baby bed and booster seat available. Bed linen.

- Electric heating, electricity and hot water according to consumption (price per kwh €0.16 incl. VAT, subject to increase during the year). Tourist tax. Reversible air conditioning on first floor.
- Optional services: bathroom linen (10 €/person). Cleaning package (70 €). Pets (5 €/night/pet) to be paid on site.
