The enclosed garden is shared with this Holiday cottage.

HOLIDAY COTTAGE ON FIRST FLOOR.
Large living/dining room with 1 single bed (90 x 190), sofa, TV, wood-burning stove, dining table. Kitchenette. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190). Bathroom with shower and WC.

- Included in the price: bed linen, cleaning, WIFI, baby bed and high chair.

- Electric heating, electricity and water consumption (according to meter reading) are extra.

- Optional extras: bathroom linen rental (€5/person). Crash-pad rental (to be arranged with the owner).

Wood for the stove is not supplied. You can buy it in Nemours, 10 km away.

Less than 10 km away: 5 supermarkets, all shops, Olympic-size Piscine, Base de loisirs, hospital.

Pets allowed free of charge. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
