A pleasant holiday cottage with a private 1,800 m² garden featuring patio furniture and a barbecue.
Ground floor: Living room with a wood-burning stove opening onto the fully equipped open-concept kitchen. Sitting area with sofas and armchairs, TV. One bedroom with 1 double bed (160), bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Washer and dryer.
First floor: one bedroom with 1 double bed (140), one bedroom with 1 double bed (160), 2 bedrooms separated by a sliding door, each with 2 single beds (90). Storage furniture in each bedroom. A bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
- Included in the price: Internet. Baby equipment (2 baby beds, bathtub, and high chair). Landline phone.
- Additional charges: Electric heating, electricity, and water (based on meter readings) - Tourist tax
- Optional services: Sheet rental (10 €/bed) and towel rental (5 €/person). Cleaning fee (€80 for stays between 1 day and 2 weeks, €100 for stays of 3 weeks or more, €120 for longer stays). Firewood: €5 per basket.
Note for companies and business travelers: sheet rental and the cleaning fee are mandatory.
The holiday cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

Yeah Yeah Really nice house in a great location (for us)
As for everything that the renter and us could help we had a lovely stay! The crazy heatwave obiously was out of everyone's control.
If there is SOMETHING that can help especially the upper floor stay cooler in coming heatwaves that is the only thing we can think of that would make it EVEN better.Beautiful old house that is nicely renovated and well equipped to! :)

Joakim A wonderful place to stay
We were a familiy with two kids and grandparents visiting for climbing. The gite was beautiful, with everything up need for a wonderful stay. A super kitchen which is the heart of the home, and for us a crepe machine that we used to make fresh crepes every morning really made our stay special. The host were friendly and had good communication. You are within walking distance to climbing and a an activity center with climbing, surfing, food truck, and lots of more. Close distance to a and old restaurant that is run for generasjons with excellent food. Absolutt close to super markets and all you need in Malesherbes. Train to Paris is super easy from there. Also close to Augerville castle for spa, chocolate, food or golf. Would definitly recommend and hope to stay here again the future.
