Clos des Lilas" is a charming Holiday cottage in the village of Maincy, famous for its magnificent Château de Vaux le Vicomte, ideally located 48 km from Disneyland Paris, 21 km from Château de Fontainebleau and 10 km from Château de Blandy les Tours. The Holiday cottage is self-contained, with enclosed grounds comprising a large courtyard to the front and a lovely terrace to the rear with garden furniture and barbecue.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a large, fully-equipped 25m² open-plan kitchen; a vast 25m² living room with sofa, armchairs, bookcase and TV; a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, accessible to PRM, with its own shower room and WC, and a separate WC.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190); two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90x190), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.
- Included in price: heating, water, bed linen, cleaning. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
- Tourist tax extra.
- Optional services: Towel hire (4 €/person) to be paid to the reservation department before your stay if you wish.
DEPOSIT : amount 1000 €. Cheque payable to "Net Propreté" (or cash) to be handed in on arrival.

Jeroen Geweldig mooi groot huis met ommuurde tuin.
We hebben enorm genoten van deze geweldige accommodatie. Het huis heeft een prachtige tuin en een mooi gebouw met veel slaapkamers, drie douches en vier toiletten. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, inclusief een ruime selectie kruiden en andere ingrediënten die nog waren achtergelaten door eerdere gasten.
Het dorpje zelf is heerlijk rustig. Er is niet veel te beleven, maar je vindt er wel een restaurantje, een bakker en een klein supermarktje. Vanuit de voortuin (of achterkant, afhankelijk van hoe je het bekijkt) heb je uitzicht op een mooi basketbalveld. Onder de baskets staan voetbaldoeltjes en aan de zijkanten vier panna-doeltjes – ideaal voor voetbal- en basketbalwedstrijden. De kids hebben zich hier uitstekend vermaakt. De ommuurde tuin biedt bovendien veel privacy.
Het dorp ligt op slechts drie tot vijf kilometer van Melun. Vanuit Melun kun je met een dagkaart van twaalf euro onbeperkt gebruikmaken van het openbaar vervoer en ben je met een rechtstreekse verbinding in een half uur in Parijs. Ook Fontainebleau, met zijn prachtige bossen en klimroutes, ligt dichtbij. Voor ons was dat het hoofddoel van de reis.
Kortom: een knus, charmant dorpje en een fantastische uitvalsbasis voor zowel ontspanning als avontuur.

ob le clos des lilas
Gîte accueillant, situé dans un sympathique petit village à proximité de commerces.
Ce gîte PMR manque de quelques aménagements, rampes, tapis de sol et/ou de douche anti-dérapant, main courante jusqu'en haut des escaliers...
Il manque aussi un balai et un aspirateur qui fonctionne correctement.
Pour le reste, les pièces sont joliment décoré, le linge de maison est de qualité.

Les Randonneurs Séjour entre amis
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé du 1er mai dans ce beau gite tres bien aménagé.
Nous avons apprécié le calme qui règne dans ce village.
Nous avons fait de belles randonnées dans la forêt de Fontainebleau. La visite du château de Vaux le Vicomte vaut le détour.
