Clos des Lilas" is a charming Holiday cottage in the village of Maincy, famous for its magnificent Château de Vaux le Vicomte, ideally located 48 km from Disneyland Paris, 21 km from Château de Fontainebleau and 10 km from Château de Blandy les Tours. The Holiday cottage is self-contained, with enclosed grounds comprising a large courtyard to the front and a lovely terrace to the rear with garden furniture and barbecue.

The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a large, fully-equipped 25m² open-plan kitchen; a vast 25m² living room with sofa, armchairs, bookcase and TV; a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, accessible to PRM, with its own shower room and WC, and a separate WC.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190); two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90x190), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.
- Included in price: heating, water, bed linen, cleaning. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
- Tourist tax extra.
- Optional services: Towel hire (4 €/person) to be paid to the reservation department before your stay if you wish.
DEPOSIT : amount 1000 €. Cheque payable to "Net Propreté" (or cash) to be handed in on arrival.
NO companies or business trips.

Moore Lovely gite
The Gite was spacious and had a lovely outdoor space with lots of seating and two tables which meant we could eat outside happily!
Would have liked some basic information about local shops to buy provisions and perhaps a restaurant nearby.
Also the outside furniture needed a good clean before we could use it. Think the cleaners should have done.
The €1000 euro deposit needs addressing as no individual will be wanting to give cash if they amount on arrival!
Having paid by credit card that should be sufficient to cover damages if necessary- Cleanliness

Le club des châteaux Gîte royal
Gîte spacieux et très agréable, bien équipé. Situé dans un petit village de caractère, très près de Vaux le Vicomte et de Fontainebleau qui étaient le but de notre séjour.

Marion Un week-end formidable!
Le gîte est vraiment top : spacieux, très bien équipé, très confortable, les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables, il y a beaucoup de sdb et wc, et le fait d’avoir des lits jumeaux dans beaucoup de chambres offre un confort supplémentaire!
La personne qui a fait l’entrée et la sortie du gîte était très agréable et flexible.

Tom Holiday in Maincy
We spent 10 days on holiday in Maincy.
The gîte is a lovely house. It largely matches the pictures.Unfortunately, some of the furniture is a bit worn.
The apartment wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival, and this wasn't rectified by the manager. The internet was very poor and didn't always work.Unfortunately, there were problems with the electrical system and the hot water, which we had to resolve ourselves. Communication with the landlord was somewhat difficult. Thats the reason we would‘t come back.
Nevertheless, it's a lovely house.

Nous sommes toutefois très surpris par vos commentaires, d'autant plus que c'est la première fois en 5 ans que nous recevons un avis aussi sévère. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés si votre séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
Concernant le problème d'eau chaude, nous nous sommes déplacés sur place et avons constaté que le ballon, pourtant dimensionné pour accueillir un logement de plus de 10 personnes, avait été entièrement vidé, ce qui ne s'était encore jamais produit auparavant...
Lors de notre passage, nous avons également pu vérifier que la connexion wifi fonctionnait parfaitement.
Par ailleurs, le gîte a été entièrement refait et équipé à neuf il y a 5 ans, et nous mettons, depuis toutes ces années, un soin constant à accueillir nos voyageurs dans un lieu propre, entretenu et agréable.
Enfin, nous avons récupéré le logement dans un état de propreté extrêmement dégradé, ce qui rend certains points de votre message d'autant plus surprenants pour nous.
Nous comprenons que votre expérience n'ait pas été satisfaisante, mais les nombreux retours que nous recevons habituellement témoignent d'une qualité de séjour généralement appréciée, ce que nous nous efforçons de maintenir au quotidien.
Nous regrettons néanmoins que la communication n'ait pas permis d'apporter des solutions sur le moment et vous souhaitons une bonne continuation.
