Corinne offers you a well-equipped, comfortable gite in a charming, bucolic Montois village, just a few kilometers from Provins. Between two walks, you'll be able to enjoy the pretty, flower-filled garden, lulled by birdsong!

And if it rains or gets cold, don’t panic! You can warm your little feet by the wood stove and treat yourselves to a delicious raclette!!
Another significant plus: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms…so no one has to feel left out!

Your non-smoking holiday cottage:
Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with TV, sofas, and a pellet stove; one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed; bathroom with a walk-in shower; separate toilet.
First floor: Mezzanine with a sofa bed and a desk (very convenient for those who want to work remotely), a bedroom with two beds 90x190 (there is a beam to step over at the entrance), and an en suite bathroom with a toilet. The sofa bed can accommodate one or two additional guests with the owner’s permission.

Your outdoor space:
A lovely enclosed garden with trees and flowers, a patio, patio furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and lounge chairs. Private parking.

Short stays: 2 nights minimum

- Included in the price: Wi-Fi (fiber). Baby bed and high chair.

- Additional charges: heating (pellet stove + convection heaters, flat rate of 12 to 15€/day). Electricity (based on meter reading). Tourist tax

- Optional services: sheet rental (€8/bed) and towel rental (€6/person). Cleaning fee (€50).
