Ground floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, high-tech oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc.).

Upstairs: large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a relaxation area with a TV. Open-concept bathroom and toilet. For warm summer nights, a quiet, cooling Dyson fan with an air filter.
High-quality amenities. Tastefully decorated. Parking available nearby on the street.

- Heating included. Sheets. Bath towels. Internet. Wood heating boiler managed by the owners. Also included: paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, herbal teas, teas, and a pack of 10 pods for the Nespresso coffee maker.

- The holiday cottage stays naturally cool, as it’s located in an old stone house with windows facing north. In the evening, a Dyson fan is available to refresh the air in the bedroom.
- The small, tree-lined garden in front of the holiday cottage and the lovely space under the covered porch add to the comfort in the summer. The village pond is just a few meters away on foot, with access to the Forest.
- The village is located in the heart of the Fontainebleau Forest near the “Trois Pignons.” The Forest is accessible from all sides. The banks of the Loins River are just a few kilometers away, and Buthiers is 15 kilometers away.
