The Holiday cottage "Bednbloc Boissy" is ideal for rock-climbing enthusiasts, but also for those who want to spend some quality time with family and friends. Furnished with taste and quality, you'll find all the comforts you could wish for, and enjoy the terrace, large enclosed garden and private climbing wall.

Private parking for 3 cars. Outdoor parking available in front of the gate.

First floor: Entrance:
Entrance hall. WC. Large fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). Dining room with large convivial table. Spacious living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, wall-mounted roll-out projection screen (please bring your own overhead projector).
Bedroom "Duel dans la lune": 1 double bed (160 x 200) with en-suite shower room and WC.

First floor:
- Rêve de pierre" room: 2 single beds.
- Symbiose" room: 2 single beds.
- Chambre Karma": 1 double bed (160 x 200).
- Chambre "Partage": dormitory with 4 single beds (including 1 overhead).
- 1 shower room.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub.
- 1 bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

- Included in the price: heating, bed linen, towels. WIFI. Baby bed and high chair.

- Tourist tax extra.

- Optional services: cleaning package (€100). Crash-pad rental "Black Diamond Mondo" on request from owner (€80/week).

Minimum stay 3 nights (except April, July, August, October: 4 nights minimum).

ARRIVAL: from 4 pm.
DEPARTURE: before 11 a.m.
