On the Farm de Beaumoulin, single-storey Holiday cottage adjoining another (n°255), with private terrace and enclosed garden overlooking the Canal du Loing and its lock (protective barrier). Supermarket in Château-Landon 10 minutes away, train station in Bagneaux sur Loing 5 minutes away.

Spacious living room with sofa, TV, wood-burning stove and kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini-oven and filter coffee maker). Unobstructed view of the canal:1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm). Wheelchair-accessible shower room/WC; commode available on request.
- Included in price: WIFI. Baby bed. High chair. Raclette, croque-monsieur/waffle and mini-crêpe machines available on request.
- Electric heating, electricity and water (according to meter reading).
- Optional extras: Bed linen rental (10 €/bed). Bathroom linen (5 €/person). Cleaning package (60 €). Wood (€6 per wheelbarrow). Electric car charging station in parking lot (on request, invoiced according to consumption).
- Lockable storage room convenient for fishermen, cyclists, hikers, climbers, weddings...
Communal parking lot. Railroad nearby (few trains). Holiday cottage for 2 people (n°470) in the owners' house.

Superb stay
5/5As usual we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. We enjoyed the facilities and the beautiful surroundings. We love watching the boats go by on the canal and listening to the cuckoo. Plenty of advise was on hand from the owners and as a result we enjoyed some lovely meals out in local restaurants. The gite is well placed to visit pretty and interesting places.

A delightful stay by the canal
5/5A wonderful sunny place on the Loing Canal run by the adjacent farm family (though they were not intrusive at all). Great place to have dinner outside on a sunny early evening. Two minor issues: (1) the location on Google Maps is not where the site is, and (2) there was no soap in the bathroom. But a lovely place.

5/5Stéphane et Cécile possèdent un gîte très agréable au bord du canal du Loing, un petit coin de paradis chauffé au poêle et très confortable. Le gîte dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour reposant et les propriétaires sont très avenants et accueillants. Nous recommandons ce lieu vivement.
