Le Moulin de Fourcon

Fourteenth-century mill fully restored in 2023. Le Moulin de Fourcon comprises 2 adjoining accommodations with 300 m² of living space, set in a vast one-hectare wooded park on the banks of the River Orge. The owners live on site and look forward to welcoming you to their estate.

Ideal for weekend getaways with family or friends, just 30 minutes from Paris. Equipped with an overhead projector and built-in screen, it's also ideal for seminars. Mid-week rates (Monday to Friday) on request.

In total: 5 bedrooms accommodating 11 people (+ 2 convertible sofas for a total of 14 people); 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs (3 of which are separate); 2 fully-equipped kitchens and 2 living/dining rooms. Tennis court, pétanque court, outdoor games, 2 garden furniture, 2 gas barbecues. Baby equipment, Bed linen and towels provided, compulsory cleaning at end of stay: €100. Utilities included.

The mill is built on a 7-hectare nursery.
The mill is non-smoking and does not accept parties (except by contractual agreement).


In Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon, take in the Romanesque church of Saint-Germain (12th century), the charming Francherel mill and the Orge promenade, a bucolic itinerary perfect for walking or cycling. Less than 10 km away, the Chamarande estate invites you to discover its château, park and contemporary art exhibitions. The château de Saint-Jean-de-Beauregard, with its listed gardens, and the château de Breteuil, 19 km away, complete a trip rich in discoveries. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of leisure activities, including bowling, laser tag, farmers' markets and typical flea markets.
