L'Ardoise

Located a 7-minute walk from the RER B, the tastefully decorated L'Ardoise holiday cottage is a studio apartment in the owner’s home, featuring a separate entrance.

You’ll find a 12 m² room with an entryway opening onto the kitchen, equipped with a small refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave with grill, an air fryer, a two-burner induction cooktop, a kettle, a toaster, A capsule coffee maker, a fold-down dining table, and a washer-dryer.
Living room with a desk, a 140x200 cm sofa bed, and Wi-Fi (fiber optic). The holiday cottage does not have a TV.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer, and toilet.

Private, enclosed terrace overlooking a quiet street with garden furniture and lounge chairs available upon request. This holiday cottage does not have a barbecue.
Free parking is readily available on the street.
