L'Ardoise

Located in the Lozère district of Palaiseau, a 7-minute walk from RER B and the Yvette river, the tastefully decorated Holiday cottage L'Ardoise is a T1 apartment in the owners' house, with its own entrance.

You'll find a 12 m² room with a 2-seater sofa bed (160x200), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Wifi access. It has a private terrace and small garden, overlooking a quiet street.

Optional extras: cleaning charge €15, bed linen rental €10/bed and towels €5/person.
Mid-week rates (4 nights from Monday to Friday) on request. Rate for 4 consecutive weeks: €1,000.

Just a few kilometers away, the Vallée de Chevreuse invites you to discover castles, abbeys, charming villages and wooded trails. The nearby Plateau de Saclay is a world-renowned scientific and university hub, home to top schools, laboratories and research centers.

The Holiday cottage is within easy reach of Versailles (18 km), Massy (6 km), Orsay (9 km) and the Paris-Saclay campus, with easy access to Paris (20 km) via the RER B or C. An ideal place to stay, combining relaxation, cultural discoveries and the dynamism of the Paris region.
