The Holiday cottage de la Manounière welcomes you in a quiet, fully-renovated 18th-century farmhouse. You'll be 38km south of Paris, accessible by car on the N20 or by train on the RER C from Chamarande station (5km) or Breuillet station (6km).

The commune of Mauchamps offers a peaceful, authentic setting, ideal for lovers of heritage and nature. Just 5km away, the Domaine Départemental de Chamarande is home to a 17th-century château surrounded by 98 hectares of parkland, which has been awarded the Jardin Remarkable label. This emblematic site regularly hosts contemporary art exhibitions and cultural events. You're just 200m from the Chemin de Compostelle and 38km south of Paris, accessible by car via the N20 or by train via the RER C from Chamarande station (5km) or Breuillet station (6km). The first shops are in Chamarande.

On the first floor, you'll enjoy a living room with a dining area, a 128 cm TV with Canal+, Netflix and Prime Vidéo, and WIFI access via fiber optics.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 3-burner gas stove and 1 electric hob, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee maker.

Upstairs, the Holiday cottage has three bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm) and one with a double bed (160x200cm). A baby bed and high chair are available on request. Each room has its own bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC.

You'll have access to a 400 m² enclosed courtyard shared with the owners, including a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. Outside, you'll enjoy a 140 m² private garden and terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, ping-pong table and charcoal barbecue. Secure parking for three vehicles is provided in the courtyard. A bike and motorcycle shed is also available on request.
