La Maison Reposante is ideally located in a quiet, residential area close to all amenities (shops and transport). Transport (bus, RER station), shops and Orly airport nearby. Take the RER C from Juvisy sur Orge to Paris (15 minutes to the F. Mitterrand library).

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen with 4-burner hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, table and 4 chairs.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Living/dining room with 3-seater sofa and 1 armchair, TV and WIFI (fiber optics).
Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm).
Bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. Separate WC.

Upstairs: a spacious 25 m² bedroom with three single beds 90X190cm and private shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
A second large 25 m² bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed.

A veranda with 1 sofa and 1 armchair, a 4-seater garden table. Terrace with garden furniture and parasol, charcoal barbecue.
Possibility of parking 2 cars in the courtyard closed by an electric gate.

Flat-rate heating charge of €45/week from October to April.
End-of-stay cleaning compulsory. Bed linen and towels provided.
