The Holiday cottage is located 3 km from Etrechy, in the middle of fields, in a 13th-century Beauceron farmhouse: La ferme du Touchet.

The Holiday cottage is on the first floor (adjoining Holiday cottage G910095), accessible via a staircase shared by both Holiday cottages. Each Holiday cottage has its own entrance, and parking in the courtyard for 6 cars in total.
