A fully-equipped kitchen with 3-burner gas stove, 1 electric hob, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher. A first bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and a single bed 90x200 + adjoining private terrace. A second bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and a dressing room. A shower room and separate WC (to be adapted to the exact configuration).

In addition to the balcony and terrace, you'll have access to a private, unoverlooked outdoor space with tables, garden chairs and a barbecue, as well as to the vast wooded grounds crossed by a river below, offering a calm, bucolic environment.
