Activities such as Hiking, mountain biking and wildlife watching are particularly popular. The Holiday cottage is located 40km south of Paris, close to the Domaine Départemental de Chamarande.
Shops 4km away. Chamarande train station 2km away, with easy access to Paris on the RER C. Bus stop opposite the gîte.

You'll be welcomed to a property steeped in history, with its old water mill totally rebuilt and converted into accommodation. A river runs nearby (be careful with Kids).

First floor: living room with sofas, wood-burning stove (1st flambé free of charge), TV and WIFI (fiber optics).
Open kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
One bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with two single beds 80x190cm convertible into a double bed 160x190cm and its bathroom with Italian shower and WC.
Separate WC.

First floor: one bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm convertible into a double bed 180x190cm and en-suite shower room.
Two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90x200cm that can be made into two double beds 180x200cm.
Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and separate WC.

Shared courtyard and private 40m² terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue on request.
Secure parking for two vehicles and possibility of parking in front of the accommodation.

Energy charges not included, billed according to consumption and payable on site.
