With its medieval market hall dating from around 1511, château and grounds, Trajan Tower and 18th-century washhouse, Méréville is one of the region's most picturesque sites. Take advantage of your visit to explore the surrounding area, including Étampes, an ancient royal city rich in treasures testifying to its prestigious past, and Yèvre-le-Châtel, recognized as one of France's most beautiful villages.
Méréville is the watercress capital of France, with its enchanting wetland landscapes where watercress has been grown for over a century. Cressonnières are indeed a brand element of the landscape.

Set in a rural environment, this 90m² detached 18th-century longère will let you appreciate all the peace and quiet of the area. A true haven of peace in the heart of over one hectare of greenery, you'll be able to recharge your batteries.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with two 2- and 3-seater sofas, an 80 cm flat-screen TV (Canal+), WIFI (fiber), a kitchen with a 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and filter coffee maker. Meals are served in the kitchen, with direct access to the garden.
