This character-filled Holiday cottage, with its 4 comfortable bedrooms, spacious living room in a former stable, terrace overlooking the woods and heated swimming pool, is ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Holiday cottage in the heart of a farmhouse, adjoining the owners' house, just one hour south of Paris, in the Countryside.
It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Set in a renovated former stable, the warm, modern living room is entirely dedicated to you. It invites you to relax by the fireplace or around the large convivial table.

First floor: living room, dining room and open kitchen, WC.

Upstairs, in the former granary, 4 double bedrooms await you.
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200 and bathroom with bath and WC,
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 180x200 or 2 single beds 90x200 with shower room and WC.
In summer, each room is equipped with a silent Williwaw fan.

Make the most of the terrace reserved for you, in a peaceful setting with an unobstructed view of the garden and surrounding woods. The heated swimming pool (11 m x 4 m), open from May to September, welcomes you for a moment of relaxation or to cool off on sunny days. Sun loungers are available for reading, relaxing or simply soaking up the sun.

To enhance your stay, you'll also have access to a pétanque court, a ping-pong table and a selection of board games.

Enclosed, secure parking is available in the farmyard.
