In the heart of the Rémarde valley, just 5 minutes by car (with free parking) from the Breuillet-Bruyères RER C station, you can reach Paris in 45 minutes (Bibliothèque F. Mitterrand).
The Holiday cottage is located in an area ideal for exploring. You can explore the church of Saint Didier, a listed historic monument. The nearby Roche-Turpin Forest is ideal for Hiking. There are three golf courses within 5 kilometers (Courson, Marivaux, Forges Les Bains), and the Parc Aventure Floreval offers tree climbing and outdoor activities for the whole family.
Holiday cottage 66m2, fully renovated and air-conditioned, with private parking for 3 cars and electric gate.
First floor: Living/dining room with 3-seater sofa bed, two armchairs, 180cm flat-screen TV. WIFI (fiber) , Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster. Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
1 bedroom with two single beds 90X200 (convertible into a double bed), private bathroom with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail. 1 separate WC
Upstairs:1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x200 (2 of which can be made into a double bed), shower room with towel dryer and WC.
Utilities included (heat pump). Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning extra.
Enjoy a beautiful, fully enclosed, unoverlooked exterior, 400m² garden, terrace with garden furniture, armchairs and coffee table, charcoal barbecue.
Nearby: Hiking trails, numerous castles (Courson, Beauregard, Breteuil, Versailles, Rambouillet...) churches, sporting activities, etc. ....

Famille LPB Gîte très confortable
Gîte très bien situé avec le RER à 5 min - très confortable avec son air climatisé, charmant avec sa belle terrasse intime, rénové avec goût et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir comme chez soi. Et que dire de la propriétaire, une vraie perle, toujours disponible mais discrète. Accueil impeccable avec des boissons fraîches au réfrigérateur. Elle a remplacé en un clin d'œil le grille-pain qui a brisé durant notre séjour et est même venu à notre rescousse lorsque le RER a été interrompu, plusieurs stations avant la gare ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons à tous les voyageurs désireux d'être logés confortablement! Merci et grosse bise de la petite famille québécoise xxxx

Gîte très confortable , propre et moderne . Les propriétaires sont a l'écoute et charmants . Sympa la terrasse et le jardin . Beaucoup de documents sur la région . Environnement très calme . On y reviendra .

Ho trascorso 6 notti in questo adorabile appartamento e lo consiglio molto a chiunque stia cercando un posto tranquillo, curato e ben arredato.
L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione e gli arredi sono accoglienti e si trova il giusto confort tra l'ampio salotto, l'accessoriatissima cucina e il giardino con patio veramente speciale per un pasto all'aperto o una pausa relax.
I proprietari sono stati disponibili e gentili ad ogni nostra richiesta, avrete anche un posto auto interno alla proprietà, lo consiglio veramente!- Cleanliness
