Fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer) opening onto living room with wood-burning stove. 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with connecting shower room, separate WC. Attic floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), bathroom with WC. Relaxation area on the mezzanine. Electric heating (extra charge). Electric vehicle charging station at owner's, payable on site. Parking on property. Fishing in the village 300m from the gîte (fishing share offered with rental). Leisure bikes available free of charge (2 bikes/H, 1 bike/F, 3 bikes/Teens). Numerous walks and bike rides from the gîte to discover the Somme valley. Close to the Circuit du Souvenir (Péronne, Albert, Thiepval, Longueval, Villers Bretonneux etc...). Within a 100km radius, many cathedrals can be visited. Pets not allowed.

Jessica Excellent gite!
This was our third stay in this beautiful gite, and it was as welcoming and comfortable this time as on our previous visits. The owner is very friendly and helpful, answering queries very quickly.
The house itslef has a wonderful open plan downstairs and full height ceiling for part of it, exposing the lovely wood elements. It is well equipped, with a great kitchen, sitting area, bedrooms and bathrooms.
The garden and decked area are lovely, and many an hour can be spent sitting outside watching the river flow past, and watching the birds (including a kingfisher this year).

Claire G Beautiful Falvy
This was our second time at this wonderful Gite. We received a very warm welcome from our host Jean-Claude and immediately felt settled. We enjoyed a busy but also relaxing two weeks visiting a variety of different places, including Lille, Reims and the medieval city of Laon. The weather was kind to us and many evenings were spent outside relaxing on the decking overlooking the river. My elderly Mum also came with us and it’s safe to say she didn’t want to leave! Thank you to our lovely hosts for their hospitality and we hope to see you again in the future.
