First floor: fitted kitchen (American fridge/freezer), dining room with fireplace, living room, 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds). Bathroom with shower and corner bath, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 attic bedroom (2 beds 90). Oil-fired central heating on ground floor (included), electric heating upstairs (not included). Terrace, garage, secure bicycle storage. Access via gravel path (200 m). Beds made on arrival. Trout fishing 3 km, carp fishing 12 km, pond fishing (white fish) 8 km. Wifi available free of charge. Electric vehicle charging station 2 km away. Aumale train station 2 km away.
Deposit of 50€ / animal to be paid on site. Holiday cottage certified 2 truffles by the website: emmenetonchien.com.
The owners welcome up to 4 dogs (except categorized dogs). On arrival, you will be provided with a dog bowl and a blanket to protect the sofa.

Kocilou Magnifique
Le charme opère dès l'instant où vous franchissez le portail. C'est un lieu calme, sans un bruit excepté l'eau qui coule et vous berce. Un espace de vie extérieur très grand où petits et grands peuvent jouer sans se déranger. L'intérieur de la maison est très confortable il ne manque rien.
Nous reviendrons dans ce lieu sans aucun soucis.
