First floor: fitted kitchen (American fridge/freezer), dining room with fireplace, living room, 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds). Bathroom with shower and corner bath, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 attic bedroom (2 beds 90). Oil-fired central heating on ground floor (included), electric heating upstairs (not included). Terrace, garage, secure bicycle storage. Access via gravel path (200 m). Beds made on arrival. Trout fishing 3 km, carp fishing 12 km, pond fishing (white fish) 8 km. Wifi available free of charge. Electric vehicle charging station 2 km away. Aumale train station 2 km away.

The owners welcome up to 4 dogs (except categorized dogs). On arrival, you will be provided with a dog bowl and a blanket to protect the sofa.
