In the Baie d'Authie nature reserve, 7 km from the beach, gîte (76 m²), near the owners' home, adjoining gîte 98006. Living room (1 bed 90), kitchen (fridge/freezer), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom with WC. Oil-fired central heating included (except in summer), compulsory cleaning charge of €40 to be paid on arrival. Additional options (sheet hire, etc.) to be paid on site. Private enclosed garden (120 m²). Access to a large shared wooded area (but no pets allowed). 1st category river fishing nearby and large lake 4 km away: all white fish and pike. TV . Dogs accepted with a supplement of 5€/day and a deposit of 180 €. CATS NOT ACCEPTED. Electric vehicle charging station 8 km away, at Rue. Nearby cycle paths: including one linking Fort-Mahon and one linking Pas-de-calais.

gîte bien placé pour faire de la rando à pied ou en vélo.
nous déconseillons la section du GR 120 allant de Pont à Cailloux à Fort Mahon, GR non entretenu : hautes herbes et chemin plein de trous et non visibles.- Cleanliness 4/5

Gite atypique
5/5Gîte atypique situé à la campagne dans un petit hameau de 5-6 maisons à l’écart de la commune.
Maison ancienne aux pièces spacieuses, intérieur vintage (certains équipements ou objets nous ont rappelé notre jeunesse). Bonne literie. Déco bord de mer très sympa.
Jardin privatif très calme, sans vis à vis, avec possibilité d’ombre et de soleil.
Déjeuner dans le jardin tous les jours.
Par grande chaleur cette maison ancienne aux murs épais garde merveilleusement bien la fraîcheur. La mitoyenneté avec un autre gîte ne nous a pas dérangé du tout.
Idéale pour une déconnexion totale,au calme.
Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Merci également pour les délicieuses gaufrettes.
Courses à proximité à Rue (nombreux parkings gratuits, rare dans la région !)
Bon rapport Qualité prix pour cette location 2 épis.

5/5Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympatiques . Le cadre est très agréable et le jardin bien abrité nous a permis de déjeûner dehors .
Nous avions loué les deux gîtes attenants pour 9 personnes .
