In the Baie d'Authie nature reserve, 7 km from the Beach, Holiday cottage (85 m²), near the owners' home, adjoining Holiday cottage 97005. Ground floor: small open-plan kitchen (fridge/freezer), living room with sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90), shower room. Oil heating included (except in summer), €50 cleaning charge payable on arrival. Additional options (sheet hire, etc.) to be paid on site. Enclosed garden (80 m²). Access to a large shared wooded area (no pets allowed). Fishing in nearby 1st category river and large Lake 4 km away: all whitefish and pike. TV. Dogs allowed with supplement of 7€/day/pet and deposit of 180€/pet. Cat not accepted. Electric vehicle charging station 8 km down the road. Nearby cycle paths: including one linking Fort-Mahon and one linking the Pas-de-Calais.
