In the heart of a small village on the Baie de Somme in Grand-Laviers (5 km from Abbeville and 12 km from St Valéry), this self-contained Holiday cottage features a ground-floor living room with wood-burning stove opening onto a fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, Senséo filter and pod coffee maker), separate toilet, shower room, one bedroom (2 beds 90×190), one bedroom (1 bed 160 ×200) and a small bathroom. Upstairs, a mezzanine with gaming room. There is a small step between the bedroom with double bed and the living room, and also between the bedroom with double bed and the small bathroom.
